Current Action: we are currently organising the survey on the home-work trips to be carried out at the companies of the BIZ. The results of the survey will be used for the preparation of the mobility plan of the BIZ.

Activating Event

The activating event was the main action for the presentation of the project to the local stakeholders. It included presentations by the local project partners, group activities regarding sustainable mobility, discussion on the actual mobility sistuation at the BIZ, the issues and possible solutions that the project can offer. The activating event offered also the opportunity to identify the members of the local mobility group.
Gazebo at the BIZ
Dates: 26, 27 & 28 October 2010
Place: at a different location at the BIZ each day
Nr. of employees reached: around 150
A gazebo with information on the project MoMa.BIZ was placed at the BIZ on three days (different location each day). This was an additional action to the activating event in order to have a direct contact with the employees at the BIZ, inform them about the project and get info on the mode of transport they use.

Interviews with the Companies
Dates: 28-29 October & 18 November 2010
Nr. of companies visited: 23 companies
Activating interviews were carried out on three different dates. The aim was to visit as many companies as possible, present them MoMa.BIZ, hear their opinion and views regarding the mobility situation at the BIZ and invite them to the first meeting of the local mobility group.

Local Mobility Group
The local stakeholders participating at the Asti local mobility group were identified thanks to the activating event carried out in october.

Nr. of participants: 6 (companies, local transport company, worker union)
The first meeting of the local mobility group provided a good opportunity to discuss the mobility issues of the BIZ, as seen by the companies located there, and the possible solutions. The participations was not as high as it was expected due to the location of the meeting that was far away from the BIZ. However, a discussion was also promoted through the local mobility group mailing list in order to give the opportunity to all the members to express their opinion.
